		<description>Some think that ultrasonic nebs work too good in that the make the particles so small that you get more of them and deeper into the lungs resulting in a overdose of the medications.  

That said, the unavailability  of the unit is directly related to the supply and demand rule.  They are not used very often used so the potential income is low therefore, no one will stock it.  

My advice is to search medical supply companies on the Internet.
