These arrangements include inspection of the cargo, and decision what parts of it can be transported, even if it's not humanitarian support (e.g. olive trees and toys). Be sure that Israel won't keep any of it. If it's not transported to Gaza, it will probably be put back on the ship. Not only that they are taking the aid over land to the residents of Gaza.
