i was living there a few yrs ago and i bought one in a pharmacy. for yr info the arm ones are more accurate than the wrist ones and worth any extra cost.

If you are in dubai You can find any Big Pharmacy. you can visit Al-Hana Center in near Redges Hotel Jaflia inside mall there is big pharmacy they have many medical supplies including what u r looking for

There are lots of pharmacies in Dubai particularly around health care city. Boots may even sell them which can be found in loads of the malls =]
