Every city of reasonable size (say above 25,000 people) should have a medical supply store which carries oxygen. Unfortunately, you will need a physician's 'order'. You may wish to carry such an order when you travel, or the medical supply store should be able to call / fax your Dr the necessary forms - so long as you do not run on after 5 PM or on weekends. 'On demand' (oxygen only when you breath) oxygen sensors conserve oxygen so the tank lasts longer.
