Infectious disease subspecialty because it'll be very useful in the tropics, MPH because you need management skills to run your clinic, PhD because you get government grants that way and you will get grants if you publish and you publish more if you have credibility, Run clinical trials because pharm ppl will sponsor you and get access to drugs plus clinical trials pay a lot, and NGO board member because they'll provide you with a network of staff to wherever you want to set up shop. question is, are you capable? anesthesiologists dont go to the bushes sweety and be realistic MD, MPH, and PhD with ongoing clinical trials and grants could fetch you $500,000 plus company shares which fluctuate in value.
