What medical reasons are there to get out of doing jail time in california?

you still go to jail
dont listen to the rumors
dont do the crime if u cant do the time

Burden? They won’t give but bare bones treatment. You should think before you do things that are unlawful. adio_j

most jails now have their clinics and sick cells to handle the run of the mill ailments. if you require hospitalization they will send you. if the hospital doesn’t have a jail ward they will handcuff you to the bed unless you are a high profile case, then you will get your own personal guard.
your only hope is to give the judge a sob story. he has the power and other options available. Dr T
