Malaysia is putting its capital up front to build the city and in return the saudi will pay back the actual agree amount to Malaysia..and the benefit from that..malaysia will get extra profits from that.. and so my friend..that is business lah. the profits will benefit the malaysian too..the goverment can spend extra to upgrade and maintain the country... and oh! yeah i think Najib do fall down the stairs and get this marvelous idea!
