if the citizens were really a priority to the U. S. government that city would have been rebuilt by now. there are people still living and dying in shelters with not enough food and water and medical supplies. it is a pathetic sad look at reality in the U. S. and President Bush, “you suck. wake up and help your people” ……….. from Lennerd ( * O * )!!!!

I donated blood today for the red cross. I had a great day until i got home. long story short, i got upset and cut. There was alot of blood, more than i am used to. One wound is quite large. My medical supplies is very limited and i cannot allow family to be aware of the incident.

p.s. I am in therapy for self harm so i do not need help with that aspect, i am more concerned about what to do with this.
i am not completely sure of the size. it’s on my left forearm but everytime i release pressure to look at it blood drips on the floor. I don’t know why it’s bleeding so much but i am pretty sure i didn’t hit anything major.

In Honor of Moja asked:

After a great disaster, whether because of terrorism or other causes, you may find that banks will be closed and atm’s won’t work, and that credit cards and personal checks will not be accepted. How will you buy food, assuming that any is available, during the time before normal conditions return, if they ever do? Most experts recommend an emergency cash fund of $1,000 in small bills, and some gold and silver coins. It is also advisable to keep emergency supplies of food and water, medical supplies, paper products, and any items for special needs of your own, not to mention some means of protecting your famiy and yourself.
