Hi there, how can one (from medical background) publish his/her articles related to medical field in a medical journal? Is it necessary to do some research before submitting your article to any journal or you can write an article and submit it for review?

Thanks!

I am currently in college, but would like to take a different route and find a position in the medical field.

I would appreciate any info on the amount of training, job description, salary, any personal experience etc.

I’m sort of hoping for positions with training under a year.

I am starting school soon and I want to major in something that will get me a great job in the medical field. I work for a home medical supply compnay but would like more patient intercation and to work in a hosptial or clinic setting someday

It’s a toss up between nursing, psychologyst/counsleor, midwife, or surgical tech.

I don’t want to spend forver in school, but I want a good job and I am really bad at math. Other then that I am a quick learner and have good reaction time and can keep myslef calm in bad siutatins for example last thursday on vacation the 10 y/o in the other family we were with and I were swimming in the ocean and got dragged away buy rip tides and had no way out and almost drowned. I knew I had to stay clam or we’d both drown, and i had to keep myself calm so she wouldnt freak out and lose energy. We came out exausted and terrified, but we were ok.

Any suggistions or ideas and expericence would be great.

I am thinking of going to school for Medical Assisting or Billing & Coding since the programs are relatively short, gain experience in a medical setting and then go back to school for sonography. Is this the best route to take without college credits or should I take another trade to reach my goal in sonography? I am changing careers
