Teresa asked: When you apply for a job they usually ask if there is a medical condition that may affect your ability to do the job. I have epilepsy and if I have a seizure I may have to take time off for recovery. Should I disclose that on an application? It doesn’t directly affect my ability to do the job, but it can affect my attendance.

Stacy Z asked: I know this person who cannot go out in the heat during the summer, otherwise it will make him faint. He doesn’t like to discuss this, but I would like to understand him a little better. Also, in his apartment during the summer he always has to have the air conditioner on or he will faint or have problems. What medical condition is this?

I have been doing some research on the quinoa plant. I can’t seem to find enough information on the benefits medically from the quinoa.
