What are good medical fields to take classes in besides nursing?

At first i was going to enroll into a medical program that offers certification in medical assistant, pharmacy technician, and medical billing and coding. The course was going to be 8 months and cost was going to be $13,500. But i did my research and I heard that people really do not find a good job or a job period in those fields. So can someone give me advice on what are some good medical fields and programs to get into whereares I am going to be able to find a good paying job in?

What position in the medical field should you start at to be on your way in becoming a sonographer?
