robert asked:

I requested a copy of my full medical history from 2005 - 2009

I assume in this will be all my blood test results, referrals, medication prescribed, tests done.

Would this also include the doctors notes????

I am very very interested as to what my doctor has on their computer about me.
I am about to start a legal case and need all of this information…..i know the doctor is scared.
I told him that i had been mis diagnosed for 5 years despite the drugs never working and needed my medical history. He almost fell off his chair once i showed him some evidence of my claims.

Anyways back to my question.

The notes that my doctor writes on the computer are available at request?
Medical history covers the above things??
i dont want to sue my doctors

i only want to sue my landlord….i made this clear to my doctor once he had picked himself back up lol

Its been over a week now….im going to go and demand it tomorrow lol

Why is “sterile supply” on a medical bill so damn pricey?

Dr. Souldogs asked:

I was charged $6000 for the actual procedure, about $500 for drugs, and a whopping $11,835 for “sterile supply”. It was a colonoscopy, during which some tissue was removed for pathology.
Why so much for clean instruments? (Not that I’d prefer them dirty….)
