Only other option is to get same court that oredered hom to pay med premiums to modify their original order releasing him fro medical obligations of payments, but also ordering he be provided with all info about his daughters health issues.</description>

		<description>Well I am in NC and I tried to drop my sons insurance from his father because my husband has insurance on him. They told me that if it was court ordered to put them on the insurance, it has to be court ordered to take them off.  Call your attorney and ask them.</description>
