medical problem?

every bite of food i swallow i get indegestion, i am on antibiotics for an infection and it started then, i wasn’t supposed to eat an hour before and after taking my tablet but i did and got such bad indigestion i cried and now everytime i eat food everybite i get indegestion then i drink something and it dies down the i eat and indegestion and so on, is this a medical problem…should i consult my docotor is it the antibiotics?
