Is it illiegal to pose as a nurse in TX?

I know it is illegal to pose as a nurse in AZ, but what about in TX? Where can I get verification of this??

Yes, very much illegal. Look to the BNE (Board of Nurse Examiners) in Texas for clarification. ♥austingirl♥
