I am certain that Sri Lanka can provide a list of supplies that are in need for our physicians to tend to our citizens, perhaps Russia should also be consulted to meet emergent needs.

    Oh yes, Shaz, you again are getting no hits even though you have improved your skills about posting questions here.

    See one thing, I can’t really ascertain what time you posted the question. First you have to decide who are going to be your audience. Then you will have to post your question to suit their time, I mean when they get online. Because no one cares to go back and look at your question if its stale. Only those questions which make it to first page get responses.

    Now coming to your question, I think India is doing its best to help the civilians. Last time it sent its army, the experience was not so good. They are doing everything practically possible without getting involved too much.
