I need help designing isolation chambers for a medical lab?

Chase asked:

I’m a mechanical designer for an HVAC firm and am designing an isolation chamber system for a medical lab that requires controlling the pressure in each chamber. I designed the sytem using motorized dampers on the supply and exhaust duct, but my PM is worried that the dampers will not be able to accurately control the airflow below 75 CFM. So in short, I need to find a device that will control the airflow at 75 CFM and below. Any suggestions?
