    We started our business idea two years ago. Then, we came up with capital to work with — next was the business plan — list of necessary items and research into suppliers for these items — visit reliable suppliers to see who could provide us with the best products at the best price — visit with business law attorney to form the business — visit with cpa to set up accounts — prepare for ordering and accepting product — then DO IT.

    I suggest you start with your business plan because that will point you in every direction you need to explore. The Small Business Administration, the IRS and About.com have wonderful suggestions and tools for preparing a good business plan.
