How would I go about getting a medical certificate?

a note from the doctor stating that should be enough…if you were in the hospital a copy of your discharge papers might have the dates you were there charmel5496

It is simply a note saying giving the dates of your illness and the date you are able to return to activities (school)
You have to go to the doctors or clinics to get a one. Pink HairMe
