		<description>Employees in a medical office have to undergo some training in order to do their job correctly, and have to take confidentiality training yearly. (At least I did in California).  The manager of the office is responsible for training and record keeping, and if an employee doesn't follow policy, it would be a HIPPA violation, potentially costing 10,000.00 per citation. (as a fine, not to the person whose privacy was violated.  Inservice trainings for privacy and confidentiality are the usual routes for employees.&lt;a href="http://www.healthstorebargains.com/srch/srch.php?q=seniors"&gt; 5150&lt;/a&gt;</description>
