Where are they buying their medical supplies? Is there any famous distributor delivering to this industry?

I don’t know how many _practices_ there are, but:
176,063 = Total number of ACTIVE dentists in the US in 2004
226,835 = Total number of dentists in the US in 2004
81% = Approximate number of dentists in practice who are general dentists.

Some commercial sources sell sorted lists, such as Dental Economics magazine. Do a search and you will turn up their commercial department where you can inquire about buying a list. It used to be Marvin Ashworth, but he’s probably retired by now…
