Do you have to call the doctors office to delete all of your medical history? Or do you have to see a lawyer? Can you delete or have it deleted your medical history?

not possible amigo, you could fake you death but other than that, I can’t imagine any way in the developed world to live legally without any medical history what so ever

thats dumb, why would someone want to delete their medical history? unless you dont plan on dying anytime soon or you’re as healthy as a horse, then getting your medical stuff erased isn’t a bright idea. or unless you plan on doing something illegal, in which case you have a social and you have finger prints like any other mammal, so guess you have a problem…peace

Medical history is known as a chart. Medical profession- doctors, RNs, CNA’s LPNs etc are legally required to chart all procedures, notes, observations etc ( Methods includ ebut not limited to SOAP & HOPS) These are permanent and any tampering is a felony.

RULE #1: If it isn’t charted, you did not do it. If it is charted, you did it exactly the way you charted it.
