how do people use washable underwear with a vinal spot for pads and green stripeson the waist part?

the underwear has no pocket or pouch and comes from north shore medical supply store . its for incontinance . is it suposed to be used like a diaper or can i leave out the pads ?

If you are talking about breifs, they fit like underwear, however, It’s supposed to be used as a diaper. Toss after use. DO NOT WASH!
If they come in a case, they are disposable underwear. Otherwise, they can be washed.
