How do I get my product approved by Medicare/Medicade?

Contact your medicare and medicaid offices and ask them.

step one is getting FDA approval… Once its recognized by the FDA as safe & effective medical equipment, then your company will need to enroll with medicare.
Then, once you have a NPI #, and are eligible to bill medicare, you’ll be able to do the same for medicaid. Good luck.
