You have to have someone you know give it to you. And if you are like me, you don't have such a person who will give it to you. One view I heard said that it is legal to buy it, but it is not legal for another person to sell it to you. So, if you were to be involved in such a transaction, you could be charged with Conspiricy to commit a crime. Also, you can grow your own MMJ, but even there, if you want it to be legal, as I do, you cannot buy the seeds. I'm glad you raised this issue. It is not understood by many people in Washington State. It is as though the whole MMJ Legalization Law we have is a big joke! "You can use it to help with your medical problems, but you can't legally obtain it."
