Could I file any type of harrassment charge against security of my work for confiscating my medical supplies?

I have to carry around a plastic syringe and a catheter for medical reasons. For Irrigation of the bladder due to a mucus build up. If I were to get them taken away for any reason could I take it to court or anything?

    Do you have an documentation from a doctor to substantiate that you need these supplies? If you do, you should provide a copy of it to your employer and make sure your direct supervisor is aware of the situation. Rounder

    Yes , you could. That is a solid case, providing you have documentation that these supplies are needed for your health situation david c

    Hey I love lawsuits but you got nothing.Its your responsibility to show your employer your Drs. paper about this.
    But if your Dr.says you are able to work and then they screw around with you you’ve got a nice,tasty lawsuit.
