I am planning on starting the business as an internet retail shop in the beginning, allowing me to do it part-time (I have another job that pays well). The products could be electronics, medical supplies, etc. (Not pills or anything like that). Does anyone have any ideas on what i may need to start the business in Delaware, the state i will do business from? Think of it from the importing side. He would deal with the exporting aspect.

The owner(of a small mom & pa Medical supply place)said it would be on my account next day, found out it wasn’t in the mean time she said she had to return them to manufacturer, cause they were worn. 2 weeks go by and I contacted the bank to dipute it and also Better Business Bureau on her. Then yesterday she finally gives me the credit. This am I checked my account and she debiited me again. So now the bank is asking for her fax number, I know she won’t give it to me. SO how would I find it without paying a fee on line?
