why is it so hard to get disability and foreigners can get what ever they want?

I have applied for disability and nothing yet since i filed in April 2004. I am having to fight to keep my TANF and medicaid and food stamps. I have a lawyer working on my disability case but by the time the government gives it to me I’ll be dead. and just incawse you want to know i have worked since i was 16
