Should I buy a book that tells how to use a specific kind of medical billing software like Medical Manager or are there books available that tell what to enter into each screen of any kind of medical billing software. Audra Owens asked: I’m currently going to a technical community college for Radiology, but I haven’t got into clinical. I love x-rays and MRIs and CT scans but at the same time I’m interested in something with more variety like nursing or physicians assistant. The course was going to be 8 months and cost was going to be $13,500. But i did my research and I heard that people really do not find a good job or a job period in those fields.
