I know a site. It's a paid site, though. But it's cheap. It's about $15. The information is accurate and worth it.

I'll leave the link to the site.

hope this helps...

Like other poster's have said, if he is uncooperative, the courts will not force him to divulge the information unless your child's life were in immediate danger. If all you want is general information, why not ask his mother or another family member?

I'm a grandmother of two adopted boys, so I identify with your concerns. I also identify with your child's grandmother. If you have contact with her, you might ask her about your health questions for the sake of her grandchild.

Unless your child is sick your not going to get his private medical history. The only reason why I say this is because my brother who is paying child support for his kids, his now ex was trying to get his medical history and the judge denied her the rights to know. Unless one of the children is extremely ill and its a life or death situation she had no rights to his medical history. She went through 7 judges and they all said the same thing to her.
So she took it one step further and went to his doctor and lied to try and get his information. She's in jail now for 6 months until the judge decides on how long she should spend in jail.

That's in my state, each state maybe different, so you need to talk to a lawyer for your case!

His medical history is private but a court can subpoena it if they feel the child is in danger of getting an illness.

there is no easy answer for that. I assume you are in the States. If most of the States are like here in Canada, you will have to go through lawyers and file court petitions.

best of luck

get a lawyer, but I can tell you they will only force it if it is deemed that your child is in immediate danger w/o that info. He does have rights too.
