RODMIL asked: I have a CDL from the state of California, and my medical card expired on 11-30-2009. My employer did not let me work, because they said that my medical card expired at 12:01 am on 11-30-2009. Can you please tell me what is the expiration time on my medical card, even though the card only states the expiration date.

K J asked: I’m looking to go into medical illustrating, but there is not much of a selection of schools with medical illustration programs. Another option is to take courses in the sciences and arts. What are a few schools with accredited medical and art programs?

trained regarding privacy (for example, who is responsible
for training and record keeping)? What is required if
an employee doesn’t follow the privacy policy? When
must employees be trained? In what manner?

Stacy Z asked: I know this person who cannot go out in the heat during the summer, otherwise it will make him faint. He doesn’t like to discuss this, but I would like to understand him a little better. Also, in his apartment during the summer he always has to have the air conditioner on or he will faint or have problems. What medical condition is this?

… asked: My husband has been having trouble going to the bathroom. Every once in a while he will have a bowl movement that is very large and painful for him to pass. He is an otherwise healthy man who has a regular, normal size diet. This doesn’t happen all of the time. We have tried to add more fiber into his diet but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Does anyone know what kind of medical conditions can cause this?

roseofnomansland21 asked: I am currently in college, but would like to take a different route and find a position in the medical field.
I would appreciate any info on the amount of training, job description, salary, any personal experience etc.
I’m sort of hoping for positions with training under a year.
